We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer to join United Tech to speed up the testing process and reduce the time it takes to get product to production.About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.In this role, you willDesign, develop, and execute automated tests by creating scriptsMaintain Test Automation FrameworksIntegrate with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) PipelinesIdentify and report defects to the bug tracking systemCollaborate with Development and Quality Assurance teamsMonitor test execution and resultsIt’s all about you3+ years of experience in Auto TestingProficient in Java for writing automated tests and building test frameworksSkilled with Selenium WebDriver and Selenide for test automationExperienced in using JUnit and TestNG for organizing and executing automated test casesProficient with Git for version controlCompetent in API testing using RestAssured and PostmanExperienced in managing databases, particularly MySQLCapable of scripting in Bash and PowerShell for automating tasks and setting up test environmentsFamiliar with CI/CD tools and containerization using GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and SelenoidKnowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand frontend behaviors and troubleshoot during testingSkilled with Maven for managing project dependencies and automating build processesStrong understanding of design patterns for developing scalable and maintainable automation frameworksDeep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies (including Agile), and conceptsAttention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability, flexibility, and strong communication skillsAbility to set up and redesign processesWould be a plusQuality focus, time management, and risk assessmentExperience in an Agile/Scrum environment and understanding of iterationsWhat we offerHighly-skilled team.
