Responsibilities:

• Planning customer networks in the ACI and legacy environment for new and existing customers
• Planning the infrastructure based on ticket information (creation of low-level design documents)
• Coordination of the necessary steps with the various infrastructure areas such as Windows, Unix, database, and storage
• Creation of service requests for the implementation of the design documents
• Carrying out the planned configurations based on the existing change process
• Quality assurance of the configurations as well as analysis and troubleshooting according to process specifications
• Creation and implementation of changes
• Definition of the network concept (HLD/LLD)- Documentation in accordance with documentation guidelines
