Automation and warehouse management (WMS) analyst in Ajax Systems

The position involves the development of the WMS product, the search for the latest solutions for automating work with merchandise stocks. The main tasks will be the formation of technical specifications and testing of updates in the product. Necessary knowledge and skills: Practical experience of working as a Business analyst in the direction of logistics, warehouse work. Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues. Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Experience in clear and technically competent assignment of tasks to technical consultants to expand the standard capabilities of the system. Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes in ERP. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify and understand risks in system changes. Problem thinking: Ability to recognize problems, develop and make informed decisions. Communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of different levels of technical understanding, as well as with non-technical company personnel. Tasks: Work with customers and the Product owner to form requirements, search for optimal solutions. Preparation of proposals to optimize business processes. Communication with the development team , detailing requirements. Description of business processes and writing technical specifications for developers. Conducting integration, functional and regression testing, based on development results.
