Auto parts selection manager in MyRules

DayDrive is a company with selection and delivery of cars from abroad. After the purchase of a car, we accompany the client further: service, repair, spare parts.
In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a manager for the selection of auto parts.

What needs to be done:

• select auto parts according to catalogs / VIN;

• form estimates and coordinate them with customers;

• sell service services (warm base, our customers are already ours);

• purchase spare parts at the best price;

• communicate with service stations and customers.

Who are we looking for:

• a person with a basic understanding of cars or experience in sales / service;

• willingness to learn and to develop in the auto business;

• ability to argue the price and work with objections;

• confident user of Excel, CRM (any).

Experience in the selection of spare parts is a plus, but we can teach from scratch.

Working conditions:

• office in Kyiv, Right Bank (Zhylyanska Street, 59, Diplomat Hall);

• schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00;

• training and adaptation at the start (3–5 days).

Motivation:

• first 2 months: UAH 20,000 + 10% of margin;

• from the 3rd month to choose:

  • 25% of the margin without a rate, or

  • 10,000 UAH + 20% of the margin.

Real income — 20,000–40,000 UAH and above, depending on result.
