Job Description

We are looking for an active and responsible specialist for the position of Authorized Representative of the Institute. The main purpose of this role is the coordination and implementation of joint projects and initiatives in the field of democratic development and the fight against corruption.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of joint projects and initiatives aimed at democratic development and the fight against corruption.
• Ensuring effective communication between the Institute and partners.
• Preparation and conducting of educational programs and trainings to increase public awareness of democratic processes and of anti-corruption methods.
• Participation in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at increasing transparency, accountability and integrity in the public and private sectors.
• Preparation of reports on performance and results achieved in the field of democratic development and the fight against corruption.
• Performance of other tasks determined by the Institute's management within the framework of joint projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of (preferably) political science, law, public administration or other related disciplines.
• Experience in the field of democratic development, anti-corruption, public activities is welcome or in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and understanding of international legislation in the field of democratic development and fight against corruption.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• High level of responsibility and initiative.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
