State institution "Professional procurement" is looking for a Authorized person for anti-corruption activities < /b> to ensure the effective functioning of the Institution's anti-corruption program.

" Professional procurement" is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine, which makes purchases for central executive bodies, and is also the administrator of the state marketplace Prozorro Market.

Main duties:

• Support and updating the anti-corruption program aimed at preventing and combating corruption;
• Implementation of measures provided for by the anti-corruption program with the aim of ensuring honesty and transparency in the activities of the Institution;
• Analysis and assessment of corruption risks in the Institution's activities, identification of potential dangers and development of appropriate strategies for their prevention;
• Control over compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" in all aspects of the work of the Institution and its officials;
• Development and implementation of measures to prevent corruption offenses, as well as control over their implementation in the Institution's structural subdivisions;
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the settlement of conflicts of interest, as well as providing proposals for the elimination of risks conducive to the commission of corruption offenses by the Institution's officials.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of law;
• Knowledge of legislation related to anti-corruption activities and prevention of corruption;
• Work experience in the field of anti-corruption measures, analysis of corruption risks and compliance;
• High ethical culture, conscientiousness and ability to make independent decisions;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Experience working with public organizations, law enforcement or government structures will be an advantage.
