Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to advance your career? With Sergii Podolyak , our Head of Finance, we are looking for a  Audit&Reporting Manager to elevate our financial processes to new heights. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant impact within a dynamic and innovative environment.

What will you do:

As the Audit&Reporting Manager, you will oversee all financial operations and lead further reporting process automation in our ERP system, aiming to build a real-time enterprise. Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide monthly managerial reporting and strategic recommendations to guide business decisions. You will also manage relationships and projects with external Big 4 auditors.

As a supervisor, you will collaborate with our Tax Associate to carve our long-term financial and taxational goals.

Headway aims to be IPO-ready in the forthcoming years, and you will play a pivotal role in this process by aligning our internal control systems with the COSO framework and developing the group’s long-term accounting strategy.

You are our top choice if you can demonstrate:

• 4+ years of experience in Big4 audit departments.
• ACCA certification
• Deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in a commercial company’s finance department (preferably with experience in managing external audits) — minimum 1 year.
• Familiarity with international tax systems (direct and indirect taxation, personal taxation) relevant to IT software development business.
