What will need to be done: - Analysis of current business processes, their description, search for imperfections and improvements. - Creating a road map of projects. Definition of processes, roles, time frames. - Compilation of the technical task.- Grouping and setting tasks for the team, monitoring their implementation and evaluating the results.- Interaction with other departments to achieve KPI and improve processes.- Monitoring the effectiveness of the task manager.- Monitoring the schedule for obtaining primary documents. Qualifying skills:- Time Management skills;- Experience and skills in working with Jira, Excel, 1s from 1 year;- Skills in creating presentations;- English level from B1 and above is required.
