Definition of processes, roles, time frames. Compilation of technical terms of reference. Grouping and setting tasks for the team, control over their implementation and evaluation of results. Interaction with other departments to achieve KPI and improve processes. primary documents. Qualification skills: Time Management skills; Experience and skills in working with Jira, Excel, 1s from 1 year; Skills in creating presentations; English level from B1 and above is mandatory.
