WHAT KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You have 5+ years of experience in auditing Experience auditing banks would be a plus. You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) required to provide leadership and mentoring to staff Your technical knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting Standards is good You have good experience in interoffice engagements and work with international clients You are motivated to meet client deadlines and provide distinguished client service Your Interpersonal and presentation skills are strong, and you motivated by challenging assignments You have good autonomy and initiative skills. You have the willingness and ability to travel to client’s locations Your organizational and planning abilities are perfect Good knowledge of English and fluency in Ukrainian. Another foreign language would be a + (e.g. German) ACCA member (or final stage papers) Ukrainian Auditor’s Certificate would be a + MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide both leadership and supervision to staff and seniors in the execution of audit engagements Supervise multiple engagements including international referred audit work as well as due diligence or business process review Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year. Carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial manner Manage technical accounting issues and present alternatives and conclusions Assume performance management role: conduct timely performance reviews and provide staff with counselling and career guidance Involvement in training of staff Involvement in firm / department / practice development and marketing initiatives Reporting to a management team of international and local partners Looking forward to seeing your resumes!
