Requirements

• Higher education in the field of specialist; Master's degree: "Accounting and Audit", "Finance", "Law"
• Work experience of 3 years or more in internal audit departments of banks, leading audit companies, tax inspection, financial management
• Ukrainian - fluency, English - Intermediate (B1)
• Stress resistance, literacy, attention to detail, responsibility and focus on results
• Ability to correctly defend one's opinion
• Systematic in presenting information and self-organization
• Ability to work in multitasking mode

What you will do:

• Participation in conducting audits of Bank/Company divisions as a member of the audit team and writing audit reports based on the results of the audits, including focus on tax accounting issues
• Providing recommendations on eliminating violations and deficiencies identified by audits, monitoring their implementation, improving the internal control system, increasing the efficiency of business processes, improving the operations of divisions, minimizing risks in the Bank's activities

• Participation in constant processes of optimization and automation of work of the Internal Audit Service, etc.
