We are currently looking for an enterprising Associate Product Manager who will work on the web version and mobile application of the Dream in the product team. Since the team is constantly growing and developing, over time you can grow into a Product Manager who will work in the product team on the school direction.

Our team is looking for a person who has:

• 1-2 years of experience (product manager, product owner, project manager , product marketing manager) in conducting research, forming requirements, working with metrics
• Experience in developing web or mobile B2C applications in a product team
• Ability to conduct user interviews
• Willingness to take initiative and grow
• Ability to be attentive, even meticulous, to details
• Experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
• Knowledge of English at B2 level and above

Will be a plus:

• Work with analytical platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics , Firebase)
• Experience working on a product in the educational field

What will you do:

• Assist the Product Owner in the construction and implementation of the product roadmap, as well as with research, development of requirements and communication with developers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, business analysis and data analytics) to improve the user experience
• Conduct market research
• Write requirements for development, participate in the creation of product requirements from idea to implementation
• Form scenarios and guides for interviews, conduct them with users
• Help analyze user behavior and their interaction with the product
• Work on non-typical tasks together with the Product Owner, for example, implementing the Dream in schools or training teachers

• Full-time
• The first three months - work in the office (there is a shelter), after that - a hybrid is possible schedule
• Work on a truly important project for Ukraine
• Dream Team in the true sense of the word
