For our curious creators, every project is an opportunity to push boundaries in visual storytelling, drawing inspiration from the potency of nature and sensorial experiences, to celebrate the principle that skincare that feels good works better, a belief central to everything we do.Your Impact to the role:Design in-store signages and be able to give direction to production agency to design light boxes and artwork release where print and production experience are essentialWork with the team to concept for campaigns that include full 360 content where photoshop comping skills are essentialPartner with Senior Art Director and Junior Art Director on design for campaigns and special projectsCollaborate with copywritersManage multiple projects and partner with Creative Ops to ensure deadlines are met in a timely fashionParticipate in weekly creative department status and work closely with other members of the creative and creative operations teamCollaborate with cross functional teams like global marketing and visual merchandising team. Your Impact in your first year:Taking ownership of campaigns from concept to execution, will work directly with photographers, editors, retouchers, etc. Own the design and development of lightboxes and in-store assetsWork with our global partners on local campaigns. QualificationsWho You AreYou have:3-4 Years of Experience Required in an agency or an in-house creative studio, with a preference for those who have worked in the cosmetics or skincare field. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldMust have a strong foundation in designA keen interest in social media trendsYou can:Exhibit agility and adaptability in organizing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely meeting of deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote. Knowledge of digital platforms/video editing is a plusDisplay a deep passion for typography, photography, and video. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in finalizing designs. You possess:Strong communication skills for effective presentations to management. An adaptive design sensibility and proven problem-solving skills. Qualities of a collaborative team player, contributing positively to group dynamics.
