Key responsibilities: Advising clients on various projects with focus on cross-border disputes (both litigation and international arbitration); Acting for the clients in international arbitration (in Ukraine and abroad), as well as in the Ukrainian court proceedings; Drafting and reviewing various legal documents; Legal research on various topics. Analysis of court practice; Direct client communication, both local and international; Participating in due diligence, external negotiations, client meetings, communication with government authorities (including communication during raids and inspections); Project management, time tracking and supervision / mentoring of junior lawyers Non-billable activities (publications, speeches, participation in conferences, etc.). Requirements: Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university; Western LL.M is an advantage; Admission to the Ukrainian bar; At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in cross-border disputes (cross-border litigation or international arbitration); Fluency in English, Ukrainian; Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills; High level of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, proactiveness; Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
