Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting registration of foreign companies, including interaction with regulatory authorities and active participation in the process.
- Opening bank accounts for clients, negotiating with banks, and providing necessary documents.
- Preparation and collection of documents for accounting and audit reporting, compliance with standards and legislation.
- Performing filing of annual returns and preparing reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of essential corporate documents, including founding documents, protocols, and other legal documents.
- Interacting with clients and providing consultations on corporate activities.
- Adhering to confidentiality standards and ensuring impeccable document management.
We expect the candidate to have:
- From three years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in registering foreign companies, opening accounts, and preparing documents for accounting reporting.
- Knowledge of legislation and standards in the field of corporate activities.
- Desire to develop in the field of jurisprudence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in the English language sufficient for conducting business negotiations.
