Associate (Consultant) in The Fix Media

We are looking for people with a passion for media and ready to learn consultancy skills! The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the media industry, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to provide valuable insights and innovative recommendations to media organizations. Knowledge of additional European languages, data analysis tools and frameworks, and the media ecosystem in general are an asset.Key Responsibilities:Work with a team of consultants with personal responsibility for delivery of specific project objectivesProvide technical support to Project Lead in delivering project objectivesConduct in-depth research and analysis and interpret data from various information sources on media market trends, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies and decision-making.Work closely with internal teams, including project leads, researchers, and other consultants, to deliver integrated solutions and value-added services to our clients.Write draft reports and prepare case presentations for senior team members and clientsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.Experience of working in media or understanding of media trends, technologies and practices is desirable.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or related roles would be a competitive advantage.Excellent analytical and communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.Ability to balance detailed oriented work with a big-picture perspective.Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Tableau) and media software (Piano, Google Analytics) is nice to have but training will be provided.Advanced English language skills are obligatory as it is the official company language.What We Offer:Busy but flexible work schedule;Market-level compensation;Opportunity to work with a diverse and highly motivated team for a growing media organization.Professional development and growth opportunities.Work with foreign companies and world opinion leaders.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and cover letter showcasing relevant experience to [email protected] with the subject line "Media Consultant Application".The Fix is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes all applicants with the required qualifications and skills.
