While the core responsibilities remain focused on supporting our portfolio companies’ operations, this role specifically positions you as our Managing Director’s right-hand person. The ideal candidate possesses a natural problem-solving ability, entrepreneurial mindset, excels in managing complex projects, and is hands-on in addressing day-to-day business issues. This role is integral to our success as it involves conducting in-depth research and addressing potential challenges and combines research with an entrepreneurial dimension. This position is meant for a highly motivated, hard-working individual who likes to take on challenges and make a difference in an organization.***This role involves on-site work at our Bala Cynwyd office on a hybrid schedule.
