Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the successful execution of memorabilia signings and events. This position will support and serve as a key on the execution and relationship before, during, and after signings/events with various departments, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA teams, professional athletes, and agents. This individual must be able to work with other business units within Fanatics.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist and lead in the execution of athlete signings, events, and virtual eventsAssist game used asset tracking and process for exclusive athletesOversee send in process with vendor/third party vendors for signings and monthly recap reportsOversee athlete/agent charity and donation requests and monthly recap reportsCommunicate effectively and professionally with athletes and agentsReconciliation of monthly expense reports/receipts for signingsMaintain a professional demeanor at all times as the company’s representative during the signing processNights, weekends, and extensive travel required for position.Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree preferredProficient with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills, ability to listen to client and quickly address any concernsWork well under pressure.
