An assistant with the prospect of growth to a project manager in Solis SMM Agency

Hello! I am the founder of the marketing startup Solis Agency.

We create systems within which we implement strategies, generate leads and develop LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B companies.

We are currently looking for another assistant to join the team, with whom we will work hand in hand for at least 6 months.

Approximately after 9 months of work and training, you will be able to move to the position project managers.

We are ready to teach and transfer experience to prepare you for this role. This is an opportunity to be involved in the formation and development of the agency from the inside.

Your responsibilities (the workload increases gradually)

Projects and operational work:

• Content creation and publication (copywriting, design, ideas for the content plan) – 12 posts per month for one project.

• Selection of the target audience on LinkedIn, adding targeted invites.

• Sending scripted messages, conducting newsletters on LinkedIn.

• Design of commercial proposals and presentations (according to templates).

• Entering interested contacts in CRM.

• Partner program: finding people, conducting communication, joint zooms - in time, when you are ready, you will be able to conduct them yourself.

• Operational management of the second client project (copywriting, design, targeted invitations, invitations to the company page).

• Potentially, the operating room of another project.

Working with me directly:

• Daily morning planning calls (30 min).

• Daily plan and report on completed tasks.

• Help in organizing work processes and strategic tasks.

• Participation in the formation of regulations, work standards and processes of the agency.

• Basic knowledge of working with visuals and texts.

• Attention to details, structure, love for systematicity.

• Hard work, responsibility, result orientation.

• Willingness to learn and allocate time for improvement skills

We offer:

• Project employment with a full-time perspective (5/2, 10:00-19:00).

• Timely payment of salary 2 times a month.

• Rate + bonuses based on results.

• At the start, you are fixed on one project. In the first period of adaptation, his working time is 4-5 hours/day, then - 3 hours/day. We will gradually add the second and third projects.

• The payment increases with the load: from 14400 ? for 1 project up to 43200?? for 3 projects.

• After the test period – a plan for personal development and growth to project manager.
