Assistant Web Designer (UI/UX) in Ahmadulina A.M. FOP

Responsibilities

• Assist support of Senior/UI/UX designer in daily tasks
• Preparation of wireframes, user flows and simple prototypes in Figma
• Work with design system: components, variants, auto-layouts, tokens
• Preparation layouts for different breakpoints (adaptive/responsive)
• Preparation of specifications for development and export of assets; post-release QA design
• Designing presentations, mockups, simple banners/visuals
• Collection of references, competitive analysis, notation of insights from usability tests
• Update of UI kits and documentation; task management in Jira/Trello/Asana
• Communication with project manager and developers

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience or a strong training portfolio
• Confident working in Figma: components, auto-layouts, variants, prototyping
• Understanding the basic UX process: research > IA > wireframes > prototype > handoff > QA
• Knowledge of principles of typography, grids, contrast, HIG/Material — basic
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with feedback and deadlines
• Ukrainian — fluent; English - for reading guides/interfaces
