Who we are looking for

We are open to candidates with minimal experience or students looking to gain real-world skills in web design, develop a portfolio and work in a team of professionals. The main thing is the desire to learn, responsibility and a basic understanding of design and interfaces.

Responsibilities

Assisting the web designer in daily tasks, in particular:

• creating prototypes and page layouts under the guidance of a senior designer;

• preparing graphic materials (banners, icons, elements interface);

• working with existing designs: making edits, adapting to different screens;

• searching for references and preparing moodboards;

• editing texts, fonts, color schemes in layouts;

• exporting graphics and preparing files for transfer to developers;

• participating in internal brainstorming and generating ideas;

• maintaining project documentation, maintaining order in design systems and files;

• minor administrative tasks related to projects.

Requirements

• basic knowledge of Figma (or Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator);

• understanding of UX/UI principles will be a plus;

• attention to details and accuracy;

• desire to learn new things and develop in the field of web design;

• ability to work in a team, competent communication;

• punctuality and responsibility for deadlines.

It will be a plus if you you have:

• a small portfolio of educational works;

• experience in creating banners or layouts;

• basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional);

• knowledge of modern web design trends.
