Assistant web animator in Kava Mriya

What you will need to do:

• Prepare graphic files for animation: export layers from Figma, cut elements in Photoshop
• Collect simple animations based on ready-made examples: fade in/out, slide, bounce effects
• Optimize files for the web: compress SVG, convert images to WebP
• Test animations on different devices and in browsers
• Create microinteractives: hover effects for buttons, icons, menus
• Search for animation references on Dribbble, Behance, Awwwards by technical task

We are looking for:

• A creative person with a basic understanding of design and movement
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop at the level of cutting graphics and basic processing
• Understanding UI/UX principles (preferred, but not critical)
• Ability to work with Figma (copy layers, export files)
• English at the level of reading technical documentation
• Experience in web animation is not required - we will teach After Effects, Lottie, basic CSS animation in 3 weeks

Terms:

• Schedule: 5/2, Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00 (possible hybrid format: 3 days office + 2 days remote)
• Place of work: Kyiv, co-working space in BC, 5 minutes from Lybidska metro station
• Workplace with MacBook Pro 16" or powerful PC of your choice
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma Professional licenses at studio expense
• Free Motion Design School online courses ($300 value)
