What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in regulatory reporting or similar experience with strong knowledge of Basel regulation, RWA risk types, internal models (IMM).
- Deep knowledge of the CRR especially in the area of Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR, IMM) and Leverage Ratio reporting.
- Experience in working in a regulatory reporting production environment, i.e. preparing regulatory returns like COREP templates, EBA QIS/ Stress test templates, Pillar 3 disclosures.
- Strong analytical skills to perform impact analysis on regulatory change, model change and to support several stakeholders across the bank in their run-the-bank and change-the-bank activities through the preparation of impact analysis on RWA and the delivery of granular data excerpts.
- Experience in deliver (regulatory) change: preparing functional requirements, UAT activities, new product process activities.
- Experience in SQL and VBA to maintain, update and create end user computing applications and to perform ad-hoc data analysis would be beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and apply appropriate controls.
