We are looking for an Assistant Learning Manager who wants to grow in the field of training and staff development and is ready to learn with us.
What for us important:
- Bazoexperience in participating in online or offline training (as a trainer, assistant or organizer) or a strong desire to develop in this direction.
- Understanding the principles of distance learning and basic familiarity with LMS (experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory).
- Ability to work with Google Docs, presentations; experience with Canva and AI tools will be a plus.
- Communicative, organized, attention to detail.
- Confident and friendly communication with people.
What will you do:
- Assist in the administration of LMS: adding and updating materials, supporting participants, tracking activity.
- Participate in the preparation and adaptation of training programs for online and offline formats.
- Assist during trainings, in time - conduct separate training blocks.
- Create and design training materials (Canva, Google Docs, AI tools).
- Help with feedback collection and curriculum improvement.
