Task: ensuring the implementation of the project in accordance with the program plan and budget
Responsibilities:
- project implementation monitoring and control deadlines;
- preparation of reports, presentations and analytical materials;
- documentation of meetings and maintenance of project documentation;
- ensuring the achievement of project goals in accordance with commitments;
- organization and coordination of activities within the project;
- preparation of competitive announcements and technical tasks;
- coordination of interaction with partners, contractors and by experts;
- organization and support of procurement processes within the project in accordance with the budget and donor requirements;
- participation in planning and control of the use of project resources;
- communication with partners, stakeholders and donors;
- preparation of official correspondence in Ukrainian and/or English;
- preparation of documents for reporting and audits;
- fulfillment of other tasks within the framework of project implementation.
Requirements:
- higher education (preferably in the field of management, economics or related fields);
- computer skills at the level confident user (MS Office, project programs);
- good communication skills;
- ability to work in a team and independently;
- willingness to learn and develop in the field of project management;
- experience working with projects from international organizations;
- experience working with mass media will be an advantage;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
- knowledge in the field of local self-government;
- leadership qualities;
- diplomacy and developed communication skills;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- proficiency in English will be an advantage;
- computer and technical literacy.
