GENERAL INFORMATION
"Right to Protection Foundation" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) threatened by hostilities, refugees and stateless persons The Foundation is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
The project "Providing protection and assistance services with shelter for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine"is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will provide administrative, communication and logistical support to the team for the effective implementation of activities within the framework of the project.
KEY TASKS
Help in the implementation of project tasks and prompt execution of current tasks.
Assistance in the organization of events within the project: invitation and communication with participants before and during the event, support and control of reimbursement of costs to event participants.
Compilation of specifications for the event and further support, contact with contractors, event agency, team and partners regarding event details.
Supporting the team in the implementation of activities: providing the team with all the necessary materials (stationery, goods for events, printed materials), ordering these goods from suppliers with whom the foundation has concluded an annual contract, searching for suppliers in the event of the absence of the necessary goods from a counterparty with an existing annual contract or such a counterparty, collecting documents from suppliers (invoices, acts of services provided/work performed, transfer of documents to the accounting department), tracking the fact of receipt of goods.
Control over the conduct of the event in accordance with the technical task, operational support and solving issues duringevents.
Working with project documentation, materials, calendar planning of activities.
Preparation of materials for social networks and their transfer to the PI department;
Support in the preparation of activity reports, collection and preliminary analysis data.
Collection of financial documentation and sending invoices for payment.
Preparation of requests to lawyers, control of signatures." tenders.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience in organizing large events font-style; text-decoration: none">High level of independence; none">Experience in trainingcopies of financial and reporting documents;
Fluency in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage;
Ability to collect, analyze and present information;
Readiness for business trips;
Medical and life insurance;
