Project Assistant(office work)

Applicant requirements:

< li>Higher education;
• English language - mandatory;
• Knowledge of the rules of business correspondence and record keeping;
• Knowledge of computer programs - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point;
• Experience working in a foreign company is desirable;
• Responsibility, organization, structure, initiative;
• Attention, diligence, balance.

Main duties:

• Performance of various tasks of the project manager:
• Preparation of reports;
• Formation of photo reports;
• Preparation of protocols;
• Working with AI programs;
• Checking the design of project documentation in the corporate standard;
• Others — within the framework of development and training.
• Coordinating work with internal and external partners to collect information.
• Maintaining communication with clients and partners.
