Main activities of the project :
Provision of psychosocial support services in communities and institutions of social protection through individual and group consultations. Carrying out light and medium repairs and providing equipment to social security institutions. Protection of the rights of the elderly and persons with severe mental conditions. Conducting trainings for health care workers, community leaders, volunteers and workers of social protection institutions. Procurement of solid fuel for vulnerable households.

ul>MAIN TASKS
- Manages events of the project
- Collects and analyzes reports from project personnel, preparation and submission of project reports
- Makes a project work plan, monitors its implementation
- Ensures compliance with regulations and SOPs, relating to the protection and management of cases, including informed consent, confidentiality, terms of service provision, case review, tracking and feedback
- Provides comprehensive assistance within the framework of his duties to the cell coordinator, fulfills his mandate< /li>
- Ensures the functioning of the office
- Interacts with project staff
- Represents the organization at meetings with beneficiaries, other interested parties, such as community representatives, NGOs, mass media, etc.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education;
- Experience in data management and project documentation;
- Ability to organize a team;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English;
- A confident user of Microsoft Office;
- Other relevant experience and skills
- Highly motivated and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently determine priorities;
- Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
- Previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome.
