Assistant to the local coordinator in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

Purpose of the position:assistance in project management.

Our requirements:< /b>

• higher education;
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365);
• minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience in an administrative or similar position. Experience working with an NGO or charitable foundation is an advantage;
• competent business communication and correspondence skills;
• experience in conducting business correspondence;
• organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a team and coordinate;
• ability to determine priority tasks;
• politeness, attentiveness, responsibility, initiative, organization, communication;

Language requirements:

• Ukrainian is fluent;
• English is preferred.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities: (include but not limited to):

• participate in the development and accompany the project at all stages;
• monitor deadlines, the quality of the implemented project;
• help collect data for document flow and prepare reports on the project;
• fill in tables/reports on the project;
• organize meetings on the project, keep a calendar of meetings, minutes of meetings (notes);
• collect data, enter and verify data on project administration processes;
• monitor and report on any identified issues and/or gaps with the purpose of adjusting project implementation plans and schedules;
• maintain accountability by coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting partners in their efforts to collect and analyze project data according to defined mechanisms and tools;
