Assistant to the leading sales manager in ZHG, TOV

Job description

Our company needs an assistant to the leading sales manager to carry out projects for the individual production of products (small metal structures, doors and additional accessories) for customers.  About 50 sales projects per month.

Skills and requirements:

• Experience as a sales manager from 1 year is desirable;
• Skills in working with accounting programs, CRM;
• Skills in working with primary accounting documents, but also possible training;
• Owning of PC and office equipment, knowledge of MS programs Office;
• Skills for working with the Nova Poshta application;
• Communication and business qualities, the ability to save;
• Seller qualities;
• Proper language (fluent Ukrainian) and literacy;

Responsibilities:

• Working in a comfortable SHOW ROOM on the Minsk massif in Kyiv with 08:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday is a day off.
• Accepting calls from customers;
• Formation of CP according to the template, formation of invoices and expenses for customers;
• Entering data into the accounting system;
• Coordinating delivery terms with customers and suppliers and control of delivery performance. Notifying customers about the delivery time;
• Working with carriers to organize the delivery of goods;
• Organizing and controlling the delivery of orders;
• Issuing accompanying documents;
• Conducting an inventory and providing a report on the remaining products in the warehouse;
