Your main duties will be: performance of organizational and technical functions, covering the provision and maintenance of the manager's work; management of internal document flow, formation and acceptance of documents for the manager's signature; control over the deadlines for the execution of the manager's orders; control over the timely completion and transfer to the internal database of regular reports of the technical department; execution of individual duties of the manager. To work in this position, you will need: experience; higher education in philology or technology; command of the English or German language; ability to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); responsibility, perseverance, diligence, honesty.
