Main responsibilities: Setting up and maintaining the CRM system; Helping in the development and testing of new system functions; Analysis of user problems and suggestions for improving the system; Creation and updating of training materials for users Necessary skills and experience: Understanding of the principles of SaaS and CRM systems, experience with Creatio will be a big plus; Experience in the field of Customer Support or Service; Ability to think critically and adapt to changes; High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of Office and Google Programs ; Ability to work both individually and in a team; High level of responsibility and analytical skills.
