Project description

Complex services for the protection of the civilian population who come to the rescue"> national, local and individual levels. In 2026, the Fund, as part of the project, will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons, stateless persons, veterans and their families in the regions of Ukraine. Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions. The territory of implementation may change depending on the security situation and the needs of the project.

Duties and tasks under the direct supervision of the regional office to support the main processes of the regional office:

  • Technical support for planning trips of office specialists.

  • Monitoring of the schedule of shifts (office, transit centers, etc.).

  • Control of regional departures carriers.

  • Cocontrol of the provision of MTZ specialists and other materials during trips.

  • Working with incoming/outgoing correspondence. Documentary support of the redirection system.  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Supporting mobile teams for the purpose of organizing trips to high-risk areas (preparation of requests to the Social Security Administration, obtaining permits and passes, etc.). Participation in the preparation of reports on the work of specialists in high-risk areas.

  • Preparation of materials for operational reports at the request of the donor.

  • Acquaintance with the approved procedure of the office.
  • Collection of needs of field specialists regarding provision of materials for implementation of activities.

  • Maintaining the vacation schedule of regional office specialists.

Professional requirements

  • Practical  organization of business processes." knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, PowerPoint).

    Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Higher education.

  • Politeness and diplomacy.

  • Executing duties with gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.

  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

  • Experience working with internally displaced and/or vulnerable groups and communities will be an advantage.

  • Own vehicle will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team to meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivation.

  • Flexibility.

  • Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
