FoodTech — food production of dry/powder mixtures (functional and taste-aromatic blends) with further use in meat, dairy, confectionery, oil and fat and other areas. 

We are looking for an Assistant Head of Production (Operations Coordinator) who will support the Head of Production: ensure the stable daily operation of the shop and the implementation of the plan from planning the need for raw materials/packaging to the readiness of the batch for shipment to the customer.  Schedule: 5/2, Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 
 Team: 1 shift, 12–15 employees 
 Location: Vasylkiv, Kyiv region 

Your tasks

• Production planning: formation of a daily/weekly plan based on applications, prioritization, planfact. 
• Planning the need for raw materials and packaging according to the production plan: checking balances, forming/coordinating needs with warehouse/purchasing (without purchasing function, but with responsibility for correct and timely request). 
• Preparation for the launch of batches: obtaining recipes/technical specifications from R&D, checking the readiness of raw materials/packaging/equipment/personnel, setting tasks for the shift. 
• Organization of obtaining raw materials from the warehouse and preparation of batches (marking, traceability, conformity of batches). 
• Management of production shift: arrangement of people, control of execution of TK, pace and labor discipline; оперативне вирішення відхилень/форсмажорів. 
• Coordination of operational quality control together with the Head of Standardization/Certification and Quality: compliance with HACCP requirements, sanitation, labeling, working with deviations/rework. 
• Batch release and transfer of finished products to the warehouse: control of packaging/labeling, closing of batches, production accounting, ensuring product readiness for shipment (logistics/client).
