Responsibilities:< /strong>

• answers to incoming phone calls, calls to customers to confirm a visit, etc.;
• appointment in the program;
• organization of reception at the clinic;
• weighing animals and recording the weight in the card;
• filling in cards of primary clients;
• selling in the pet store at the clinic.

We expect from you:

• computer skills at the level of a confident user;
• accuracy, responsibility, politeness, self-confidence;
• literacy, clear pronunciation, excellent knowledge of the state language;
• presentable appearance;
• ability to quickly learn;
• communication;
• stress resistance;
• ability to understand what customers want;
• preferably work experience as a veterinary clinic administrator;
• li>
• preferable sales experience in a pet store;
• preferable professional education (veterinary).

Internship time: 3 days

Paid trial period term: 2 months
