We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Assistant to General Manager with a Managerial Mindset. The ideal candidate will not only provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager but will also possess a proactive managerial mindset, demonstrating the ability to take initiative, make informed decisions, and oversee tasks independently. This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to the efficient functioning of the executive office Working Hours: Remote Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM PST — 5:00 PM PST Los Angeles Time. Requirements:Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. Managerial Decision-Making: Demonstrate a managerial mindset by making informed decisions on routine matters. Identify and address operational challenges, proposing solutions as needed.Project Management: Take the lead in managing and coordinating special projects or initiatives. Ensure project milestones are met and goals are achieved.Strategic Communication: Act as a liaison between the General Manager and various departments. Communicate strategic directives and priorities to relevant stakeholders.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful reports. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational initiatives. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.Managerial Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and deadlines.Initiative and Proactivity: Take the initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions. Anticipate needs and act accordingly to support the General Manager Requirements and competencies:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both spoken and written.Strong managerial mindset with the ability to make informed decisions independently.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Proficient in project management tools and analytical software.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
