About the agency. MM digital agency - has been operating since November 2022. the portfolio of projects includes 43 customers from 8 countries. During this period, we created a remote team of specialists working in the following fields: medicine, real estate, psychology, cars and spare parts, rolled metal, construction materials.

Tasks:

• Preparation of presentations

• Preparation of reports and project plans

• Graphing

• Assist in analysis and data collection for marketer-analyst

• Document management - payments with clients and partners through an accountant

• Working with google analytics - reporting on projects

• Help in communication with partners and customers

• Organization of tasks in the Asana workspace, control of deadlines by partners

• Filling clients' sites as needed

• Working with SMS messages and texts

• Help with digitalization of processes - creation of check letters and templates

• Other petty tasks of the manager

Requirements:

• High responsibility and self-organization

• Work experience of 1 year as an assistant

• Ability to work with data and its processing

• Ability to make minimalistic presentations

• Clarity in performing tasks

• Ability to write correctly without mistakes

• Confident use of powerpoint, canva, word, excel

• Communication skills

• Structured and concise presentation of information

• Business correspondence skills
