Assistant targetologist in pershe agency

Pershe agency — we are a team of marketing specialists who offers a wide range of promotion services. The key area of ​​work is targeted and contextual advertising. 

We are located and working in Dnipro for more than 5 years. We have clients mainly from Ukraine / America / Europe (and in general we are ready to work with everyone except the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation)

We are engaged in setting up paid traffic —Google and Facebook / SEO-optimization of sites / branding development and SMM management. We work only in white niches and have many interesting cases.  

Now we have more than 60 projects in the works and we continue to grow, which is why we are looking for an assistant in the target department who is ready to train in practice. 

About the vacancy:

— the entire target team is from Dnipro, so we are primarily considering local candidates;

— we have a hybrid work format, most of the time we work remotely and once a week we meet as a team in the office;

— Mon-Fri, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,

— we are ready to consider candidates with little experience, we want to see an understanding of basic processes and technical things, we will tighten everything else;

— targetologists deal only with their duties, design on designers, communication with clients on managers;< br style="font-weight: 400"/>*perhaps this is the main advantage of working in an agency :)

— we work with white niches, we have very diverse projects (from instashops and food deliveries to solar panel manufacturers);

— the load depends on the number of projects, here we are guided by your readiness and experience.

From the candidate we want to see:

• inresponsibility,
• initiative and involvement in projects,
• interest in marketing, not just "pushing buttons",
• striving to constantly "keep your finger on the pulse" in the target
• adequacy in communication and work, 
• preferred experience from 5 projects.
