Open vacancy: assistant system administrator
Duties:
quickly understand new programs and help users set them up;
diagnosis and elimination of problems related to computer components;
configuration, connection of computer and peripheral equipment;
maintenance of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks;
maintenance and modernization of servers and services;
working with tables and documents, keeping reports on work done.
maintenance of office equipment - replacement of cartridges, elimination of minor malfunctions.
control of billing payments, mobile and SIP communication, etc.
control of battery replacement periods for uninterruptible power sources.
createsubmitting applications to technical support, contractor/partner companies.
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">other related issues.
Requirements:
- experience as a system administrator will be a plus;
knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and server systems;
< /li>ability to use office programs (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.);
ability to work with remote control programs;
knowledge of computer assembly ;
experience installing drivers for connecting equipment (office equipment, terminals, monitors, printers, etc.);
experience in selecting components for further modernization of equipment or assembling a new one;
experience with VPN technologies
