Future tasks: administration of trading platforms (Rozetka, Prom, Bigl...) diagnosis and elimination of reception problems internal applications for malfunctions and testing, registration of the process of detecting malfunctions, telephony administration, description of internal business processes, participation in testing of ERP and CRM updates, setting up and maintenance of printers, print servers, assisting the category manager (network equipment, printers), designing and setting up ACS, alarms and video surveillance.
