Responsibilities: manage programs and help users to connect to their computers, technical control of work if necessary; quickly understand new programs and help users with their configuration; diagnosis and elimination of problems related to computer components; configuration, connection of computer and peripheral equipment; maintenance of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks; maintenance and modernization of servers and services; work with tables and documents, keeping reports on the work performed. maintenance of office equipment - replacement of cartridges, elimination of minor malfunctions. deadlines for replacing batteries for uninterruptible power sources. creating requests for technical support, contractor/partner companies. other related issues.
