The ability to conduct diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.Experience with remote device monitoring and control systems.Understanding of network security concepts and ability to apply appropriate safeguards.Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve user requests.Willing to consider technical students. Responsibilities: Support and consultation of employees. Introduction of new employees in the "Active Directory" and "Exchange" platform. Disconnection and removal of employees. Maintenance of workstations. Maintenance of office equipment. .Administration of digital telephony, connection of client telephony software.
