Assistant system administrator in Lead Line IT

Responsibilities: Supporting users face-to-face, by phone, remotely; hardware problems with computers and other office equipment, network equipment (face-to-face, remotely, in telephone mode); Design and implementation of a computer network; Initial connection and configuration of equipment; Management of users/groups of users, in the project's corporate network (AD/ DC, linux service, network service, web service, etc); Analysis and resolution of triggers from monitoring systems; Maintenance of client equipment performance.
