- Supporting data backups and restoring information if necessary.

- Setting up user equipment (PC, laptop, smartphone, printer, scanner, etc.). 

- Installation and maintenance of custom software at workplaces of company employees. 

- Consultative and technical support of company employees on the use of IT services.

- Remote configuration of equipment and software, resolution of incidents and support of problems in the operation of IT services.

- Maintenance, block repair or modernization, replacement of consumables on user equipment.

- Performance of testing, search for solutions and offers on the market in areas of responsibility IT.

Requirements:

- Technical education in the field of information technologies or related fields;

- Experience in a similar position is welcome;

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems; 

- Knowledge of operating rules and components of computer and switching equipment, as well as office equipment.
