Divchata, GO
GO "Divchata" is an all-Ukrainian organization that has been supporting women and children in Ukraine for over 5 years. We implement large-scale humanitarian and educational projects, create spaces for support, development and security.
Our mission is to empower women, children and young people, helping them build their own life strategy and get the necessary resources for development.
Now we are expanding the team and looking for an assistant system administrator who will become a pillar in supporting the technical processes of the organization.
Requirements:
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom and other platforms for communication and teamwork;
Knowledge of the principles of accounting and technical equipment inventory;
Providing technical support for office employees and project teams (computers, peripherals, network equipment).
Support and technical support of online events (Zoom, Google Meet), including with equipment testing and prompt response to technical failures.
Setting, updating and basic maintenance of equipment (laptops, routers, printers, cameras, microphones, etc.).
Keeping records, labeling and inventory of the organization’s technical equipment.
Control of receipt, return and condition of equipment, inspection completeness.
Interaction with service centers, technical contractors and suppliers.
Search and selection of technical solutions and equipment for procurement within the scope of project needs.
Preparation of short technical reports, recording of incidents and solutions.
Maintaining an appropriate level of cyber security at basic level (passwords, accesses, software updates).
