• Забезпечення безперебійної роботи комп'ютерної техніки та програмного забезпечення,
• Моніторинг і налаштування мережевих підключень, серверів і робочих станцій,
• Встановлення та налаштування програмного забезпечення для співробітників,
• Підтримка базових IT-процесів та оперативне розв'язання технічних проблем.
