Location: Dnipro, str. Queen Elizabeth II, 2.

We are looking for a person who will be interested in:

• Helping company employees solve technical problems related to the operation of PCs, management equipment, software (1C, MEDok, Excel, Word), remote access (AnyDesk TeamViewer, VPN), office equipment, sales and cash register equipment;
• Install and configure applications, manage employee accounts;
• Diagnosing faulty equipment and repairing it in service centers.

If you :

• You are friendly and sincerely want to help users if something is not working for them;
• You know Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows systems at the level of an experienced user (knowledge Mac OS will also be useful);
• You know how to install and configure Google Chrome, Zoom or the printer driver with your eyes closed;
• You understand which components are needed and for what, what and how to replace in them to improve the performance of the PC;
• You know how to dive into the problem and figure out why the Internet is not working and how to quickly fix it.
