OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Basic education in the field of information technology or related disciplines;
• Understanding the basics of the Windows operating system;
• Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.

KEY FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Provide technical support to users through email, phone or ticket system;
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network and other IT resources;
• Configure workstations, install and update software;< /li>
• Conducting regular hardware maintenance;
• Participating in the deployment of new projects, systems or updates;
• Maintaining documentation on technical support and equipment maintenance;
• Conducting basic training for users on the effective use of IT resources;
• Technical support for users (remote and on-site).
