Assistant specialist in personnel accounting in Infozahyst

We invite an Assistant specialist in personnel accounting to join our team. Necessary skills: Work experience of 1 year or more; Higher/secondary education with a relevant field (personnel accounting, personnel management, accounting, etc.); Knowledge of labor legislation; Confident user of PC and office equipment; Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook); Attention to detail and the ability to be accurate when working with documentation. Tasks and responsibilities: Registration of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation (up to 100 employees); and storage of employee work books; Supporting the Senior Human Resources Inspector in all aspects of his work, including administrative and organizational tasks; Collecting, updating and processing employee data, including personal file information, and other important documentation; Preparing references from the workplace.
