Requirements:

1. A confident computer user - all office programs at a high level + Internet mail - a must if you have worked in accounting programs (1-C, VAI, etc.) and CRM systems - very good!
2. Experience with document management, contracts, invoices, business letters, etc. - will be an advantage
3. Technical education - will be an advantage

Responsibilities

1. Preparation, execution and sending of contracts, letters, commercial proposals, invoicing, preparation of additional agreements, collection of necessary documents for the sale of products
2. Communication with clients in the area of execution and exchange of documents
3. Input of data according to requests and contracts in the accounting program of the enterprise (UTP)
